20 years of marriage and we only talk about bills and kids. Is this normal?

Married in 2006. Two children, one in college, one in school. Business is stable. From outside everything is fine and I am grateful. But I realised last month that my wife and I have not had a conversation that was not about money, the children, or her mother's health in years. We sit in the same room and watch different phones. I don't know if this is what all marriages become after 20 years or if we have let something go. Asking older couples here, is this the normal settling down or is it a sign that we should do something?
