How do you keep training through a plateau?
First confirm it is a real plateau rather than a bad fortnight — four to six weeks without progress on a properly tracked lift qualifies. Then check the boring causes before changing the programme: are you sleeping, eating enough protein, actually progressing the load, and recovering. Most plateaus are recovery or nutrition problems wearing a training costume. If those are fine, the usual fixes are reducing volume for a week to let fatigue clear, then changing one variable — rep range, exercise variation, or frequency. Changing everything at once tells you nothing about what worked.
