How do you make time for wellness when you have almost none?

Stop treating it as a separate activity requiring its own slot and attach it to what already happens. Walk during phone calls. Take stairs by default. Do a set of squats while the kettle boils. Get daylight on the way somewhere rather than as a dedicated outing. Eat a better version of the meal you were already going to eat. These stacked habits are less impressive than a structured programme and they are what survives a genuinely full schedule. The alternative — waiting for a calmer period — usually means doing nothing for years.

Waiting for a calmer period is the trap. That period does not arrive on its own.

Stacking rather than scheduling is the only approach that has survived having small children.
