I manage 200 people's problems at work and cannot manage my own

In a typical week I handle a harassment complaint, two resignations, one breakdown in a meeting room, and a manager who does not know how to give feedback. I am good at it. People say I am calm. Then I come home and cannot decide what to make for dinner without feeling like I might cry. I snap at my son over nothing. I lie awake replaying conversations from work that were not even mine. I have suggested counselling to at least thirty employees. I have not booked a session for myself because when would I go and what would I even say. Does anyone in a "people" job recognise this? How do you refill when your job is being the refill for everyone else?
