Is it better to train in the morning or the evening?
Whichever one you will actually do consistently — that difference dwarfs everything else. Physiologically, strength and power tend to peak in the late afternoon when body temperature is highest, and injury risk is marginally lower once you are properly warm. Morning training has practical advantages: fewer things have gone wrong yet, and it is harder for the day to eat it. In Indian summers, early morning or after sunset is simply more practical for outdoor work. If you train in the morning, spend longer warming up than you think you need.

Longer warm-up in the morning is real. I learned that with a pulled hamstring.
Fewer things have gone wrong yet is the entire argument for morning training in one line.
