Five days, with teachers, 40 students, a proper travel company. Her school has been doing this trip for years. She has been talking about it for a month. My wife's position is that she is a girl and 16 is too young for five nights away. My mother agrees with my wife. My daughter says her friends are all going and it's not 1995. I honestly see both sides and I am tired of being the referee. Parents of teenage daughters, did you send them? What did you make sure of before saying yes? I want to make a decision based on something other than fear or guilt.
