Night shift meal prep that is not Maggi. Sharing what worked in my hostel room

Equipment: one induction plate, one kadhai, a kettle, and a small fridge that three of us share. Budget: nurse salary. What has worked for a month now: Sunday I make a big batch of dal and a big batch of poha masala. Boiled eggs in the fridge, 8 at a time. Roasted chana and peanuts in a dabba for the 3 am hunger. Curd from the shop below. Chapatis from the mess, which are actually fine. It is not fancy. But I have stopped eating Maggi at 4 am and my acidity is better. If anyone has hostel-friendly ideas that do not need an oven or a personality, please share.
