Where do people find energy after a full day of work?

Usually by fixing the inputs rather than finding more willpower. The common culprits are sleep debt accumulated across the week, blood sugar swings from carbohydrate-heavy meals without protein, dehydration in hot weather, and sitting for eight hours, which is more fatiguing than it feels. A short walk after work often produces more energy than resting does, because fatigue from inactivity responds to movement rather than rest. Also worth checking once: haemoglobin, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid, since deficiency is common in India and persistent low energy is a reasonable trigger to test.

Getting the four tests done found my B12 deficiency. Two years of assuming it was just work.

A walk producing energy rather than costing it is counterintuitive and consistently true for me.
